BIM IMPLEMENTATION- Oversee the implementation of the BIM execution strategy. Troubleshooting issues and identifying the best course of action plan. Ensuring the work is going on as per the BIM Execution Plan and follows BIM standards. Measuring Progress toward Strategic Goals. Using Divide & Conquer rule for proper and effective implementation. Establishing a single platform for data sharing i.e. Common Data Environment (CDE) for working in synergy & harmony. Choosing the Right Tools, Deploying the Right Tool Suites for each BIM uses. Collection of data/information of BIM deliverables and project status. Integrating the team members & systems to the one set goal. ACADEMIC- Developing BIM courses according to the market demands for institutes and corporate sector. Ensuring the effective utilisation of plans related to training programs and services. Coordinating and Collaborating with different stakeholders, Faculties, & Staffs for efficient functioning. Frequently evaluating training procedures, analyse course effectiveness, and update curriculum, as needed. Promoting the use & Importance of BIM Education. Bringing in the expert Faculties for the training & Coordinating training sessions and seminars. Evaluating and analysing current employees for individual employee growth subsequent to training needs and developing training curriculum.
