• I have coordinated and managed the Swedish parts of technology refresh of CGI’s PeopleSoft system. This project was controlled and technically driven by Canada with region wise implementation activities.

• I have managed the Service Management integration with Toyota Material Handling Europe (TMHE). The aim is to achieve complete integration between TMHE’s ‘Service Manager’ and CGI’s ITSM (Remedy tool). The project was executed in incremental phases.

• As part of 'Application support and maintenance' team within CGI's BGC program, I had worked and developed an understanding about a few of BGC's Mainframe applications maintained by CGI.

• I have worked on a large program managing several enhancements to core logistics Swedish system of Postnord. While these time-boxed changes, using Java technologies, had a focus on either enabling new Logistics business services or augmenting features to PN’s existing service offerings.
• I was driven by the goal to provide stable Application management, ensure the maximum capability to deliver enhancements to meet Postnord's demands related to the improvement of existing services and launch of new Logistics services/products.
• Apart from this above role, I have delivered standalone projects related to software technology upgrade/refresh and mandatory compliance of Postal-system controllers.
• I worked closely with the business project manager to enable smooth technology upgrade and to provide improved performance on critical modules related to Invoicing and 'Track&Trace'.
• The delivery methodology of these projects have been Agile (time-boxed) for multiple enhancements projects and RUP (Rational Unified Process) with multiple iterations for projects wherein the requirements are mature and time to market have been definite.

• I have delivered two projects Koncept ODR and Betallösning Internet for PostNord Meddenlande.
• Faktura Koncept ODR and / Concept ODR aimed at improvements in the production and delivery of ODR (unaddressed advertisements). The concept was to pilot new sorting sequence according to Postman’s delivery route. Additionally, integration to new sorting machine from Ferag was achieved, with an option of switching back to existing sorting ’Schur’ machines also.
• This pilot project was successfully delivered with an offshore team with the main phase of this project developed and delivered to production in 2011, However the project had extensions to cater to multiple 'Change Request' and was extended till July 2013.
• Betallösning Internet – Faktura / Payment solution – External invoice project was to provide Postnord’s customers with additional payment option of ‘external invoice’. This project involved integration with a new service provider ‘Klarna’ and internal integration to SAP Fi – Cax system.
• This project was successfully delivered with an onshore project team and went live in production is agreed time-frame of Nov 2011.

• I was responsible for setting up the AS400 system with the user-base with access rights for PRISM application. The task also involved migration of the existing system to the new AS400. Furthermore, I developed additional bespoke features as needed by Tenents Caledonian Brewery.
• I was instrumental in successfully completing the implementation, migration and production cutover without any disruption or any disturbance to normal business.

• I was responsible for the development and maintenance of a range of Logistics and Manufacturing systems of ABInBev.
• There were several country-specific applications developed using COBOL and RPG spread over the UK , Belgium, France. In case of the UK based Prism (MRP) system, there were several besopke customisation developed to suit InBev's (ABInBev) requirements.
• The responsibilities also covered Incident management, Change management, Problem management and Release management using a multi-location team in Belgium, Nederlands, France, the UK, Morocco and India.
