I have been a part of customer service industry for the past 12 years in an Accounts Payables Help desk setup (International UK based). Customer service, Productivity, Quality, Training , Hiring, Escalation and Complaint management are the major areas which I have been dealing with in my current role along with People Management, Operation Management, SLAs and KPI Management. Regular Client interactions is a part of my role along with Reporting. I am Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified and have completed multiple improvement projects which has resulted in efficiency / FTE savings for the Project as well as end client. Amid the current situation worldwide where there is cost pressures .. productivity improvement and great quality are the two major factors along with people management through which we can sustain current business and acquire new ones. I believe with my current skills sets, I can add value to this role and in turn acquire new skills which can help me grow as a professional. I have good experience of driving team performance in remote working kind of a set up as well along with the conventional setup (Office/Floor) & have been driving team performance for the past 4 months amid this lockdown period.
