• Recruited and built a team of 10 Senior Program Managers to scale middle mile processing capacity by 60% YoY through multiple workstreams such as trailer volume availability, transportation modelling, launch planning, change management, holiday season execution planning etc.
• Influenced senior executive stakeholders on strategic CAPEX expenditure and planning timelines and achieved savings of $60MM+ through deferred CAPEX savings by eliminating first party and third party assets from plan of record ($1B+) through metro level capacity/demand analysis.
• Lead the team to build capacity management products and transportation optimization modelling for 1K+ middle mile to last mile connections and 10K+ middle mile to post office connections minimizing transit and operating costs saving $62MM+ annually.

• Collaborated with dozen business organizations and owned pilot to launch first ever on-the-production-floor Covid-19 testing in Amazon, providing critical testing ability for front line workers. Influenced and involved in core deployment group that scaled testing ability to safely conduct several thousand tests daily across fulfilment centers in the country, while adhering to legal compliances.
• Led change management team of subject matter experts on continuous process improvements and realized annual savings of $9MM. Successfully influenced design, strategy, and implementation of multiple retrofit projects worth $25MM, which were pivotal in enabling the site to achieve multiple all-time Amazon records in the network.
• Directed the Learning department that on-boarded 100+ salaried leaders and 9K+ Associates. Owned recruiting process, onboarding experience and managed site head count that recorded a diverse population and facilitated a YoY reduction in manager attrition.
• Spearheaded the Count-Amnesty-Pick department of 28 leaders and 1.2K+ Associates and took the team from 24th spot to 1st in the network for Pick performance and Inventory Quality across 59 Amazon Robotics building, all while reducing injury rates by 45% YoY. Department recognized with the “Bread trophy” in the building for showing resilience and achieving high performance. Team won the Semper Gumpy network award for maintaining the integrity of robotics floor involving 5K kiva robots across 4 floors processing nearly 850K daily transactions.
• Managed the Quality department and won Injection Perfection network award for the very first time in 3 years. Recognized for the least amount of defects per million opportunities injected and maintaining high standards of fulfilment processes that handle 9MM weekly transactions with an inventory of 30MM+.

• Conceptualized and directed a $1.6MM plan to reallocate 5M inventory units in the network leading to a successful $9MM site retrofit; Arbitrated and aligned multiple support teams with operations to achieve the highest throughput in network.
• Turned around 150+ member team by restructuring and streamlining processes to achieve 14% higher performance than second best shift; Performed pivotal role for Inbound in Peak-2019 by conducting process improvements contributing to a 17% throughput improvement while reducing safety incidents by 40%, saving $2.6+MM annually for the building.
• Coordinated multiple recruiting events and partnered with 250+ students from B-Schools in Southern California area to actively help in YoY L6 application rate.
