About

WORK EXPERIENCE • Jan 2010 Started a six month project at TELCON JAMSHEDPUR on electronic governing of engine • June-August 2009 worked on modelling of rotary inverted pendulum: design of lqr and pd controller for the stabilization • verified the linear and nonlinear models by constructing the nonlinear and the linear models in Labview and simulating in tandem. Checked to see if the linear model is indeed a true model of this system over a specific operating range. • EMMESKAY SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD Intern, Dec-Jan 2009 o Worked on a project named Multiple ac temperature controller • Uses pic16f877a • Aim: To design a robust controller which can maintain the ac temperature within required range and save electricity by switching of compressor & blower. • MICROMATIC MACHINE TOOLS PVT. LTD Intern, Jun 2008 - Jun 2008 o Learnt cnc programming, debugging& troubleshooting • National workshop on design of embedded systems using FPGA’s • International workshop on Nuclear reaction codes and data inputs as tools in nuclear data evaluations Specialties: • Programming skills in C, C++, • Have worked with matlab&simulink, labview, microbasic, fluid raw, plc programming, pro-e, solid edge. • Have basic idea of catia & ansys. • Possesses project development skills like Coding and Implementation and Debugging & Maintenance

  • An Autonomous surface vehicle equipped with an oil detection sensor can get closer to the oil–water interface to detect oil with greater accuracy and can continuously track the spilled oil. Such a technology, coupled with satellite and other forms of data, would facilitate the coordination of recovery operations because the data collected would better inform oil-drifting simulations, thus making it possible to predict precisely where the oil spill will travel.

  • The Tata backhoe loader is diesel engine driven. The way the power is distributed between hydraulics and drive train depends on how much power is requested from the different system. The requested torque depends upon several factors one is keeping the engine speed at the operator, requested level. This is deferent from a normal car engine and means that by pressing down the accelerator pedal you request a higher engine speed, not necessarily a higher power output as in the case in a car engine. On the other hand if a higher load is put on the engine this does not necessarily affect the engine speed. The reason why the engine is speed controlled is that since the load on the engine can differ largely in a short time, due to the hydraulic out –take, a power controlled engine would be very hard to operate and come to halt very often. To control the engine rpm electronically by using stepper motor & controller thereby
  • reducing excessive stepping onto the accelerator pedal on start and during digging. This reduces fuel consumption. Hence features are applied to save fuel and lowering the engine rpm while all control levers are in neutral or to increase the speed when load applied to engine increases to increase the production. The rpm of the engine can be controlled by controlling the governor lever.
