• + Lead & Mentored the team of 4 engineers to Design & Built the Jio Centralized Search and Recommendation System to power JioMart, AJIO, Tira and Reliance Digital search experience.
• + Designed and built a robust Payment System for JioMart (1P & 3P), achieving a 99% success rate for refund transactions and 71.43% for forward transactions. Collaborated closely with the business team to gather and understand crucial requirements. Integrated multiple payment gateways to support various payments methods like UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. Ensured seamless handling of a high volume of transactions ~3.21 lakh transactions/day, Strive to exceed industry standards by achieving a success rate higher than that of competitors like Amazon and Flipkart.
• + Designed and built the Jio Centralized Sync Service, and successfully scaled it to sync ~16.5 million catalog, pricing and inventory within a mere ~35 minutes, also facilitated real-time updates of inventory every 2 seconds and pricing every 15 minutes across various verticals, including JioMart, Ajio, Tira, Reliance Retail, Smart Bazar, and Reliance Digital, seamlessly integrating with our in-house search engine, Vespa.
• + Built the in-house Jio HR system for ~3.89 Lakhs Jio employees and scaled it for across the verticals including Reliance Retail, Ajio, JioMart, Tira, Dunzo, Smart Bazar, Reliance Digital and Trends with Various Features like Community, Podcast, Survey, LMS, Employee Onboarding, Idea Center and more.
