• Owner of Platform Application which serve Flipkart OC, OD, MO and Help center pages as a part of Customer experience team.
• Lead a widgetization project for our team which involves a building new framework of serving data to UI with more organized way and moving all the business logic to BE and increase the reutilization of both UI and BE code and also gives much more dynamic feature which reduce the go live time for many day today task for the team. Also mentored few people on this project with me and helped whole team to onboard on to the new framework with various documentation and KT's for complete migration to newer framework.

• Details, Order Confirmation & Help Centre pages of Flipkart as a part of customer experience team. -Worked on various business ask and lead the team in multiple project like Basket Returns, PBO, PFF etc.
• Helped team to scale our applications for BBD by running NFR's and degradation scenarios.
• Won a codeathon by solving the problem of reducing the SLA for agent to reply to email from days to hours.
