• Developed and operationalized the enterprise-wide ‘Trust Score’ methodology to quantify third-party security risk, creating an annual Supplier Risk Report for the CIO and executive team. Built the third-party risk program, designing workflows to tier and review 400+ vendors based on business impact, data sensitivity, and residual risk; driving visibility, executive alignment, and prioritized mitigation across the supplier ecosystem.
