A learning curve is essential to growth and hence there are innumerable things to learn in the world which drive me to take on new things. The goal of cross functional ambidexterity has made me an eager and inquisitive learner across genres. Methodical,creative and result-driven. MBA graduate from IIM Udaipur, presently working in YES Bank as AVP in ED office, responsible for analysing PnL and build strategies for improving business with the heads, additionally i handled the business channels such as new branches and RMs , their Rewards and recognition and internal campaigns to boost the business of the bank.
