• Festember is the annual cultural festival of the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli (NITT). It is a 4-day event held annually in the third week of September. Founded by NITT students in 1975, Festember has now evolved to become one of the largest festivals in South India. Festember through the years has had an annual participant strength of more than 15,000 students from over 500 colleges across India.

• Our role was mainly to meet the requirements provided by all the teams to fuel the event. So once the event is planned out starting with the celebrities who are coming down for the event to the various events and workshop for the students, it is our responsibility to organize the venue, transport, stalls, the open air auditorium with all the required things on time with efficiency to ensure that the events are panning out as planned and also to make sure the time the students spent are worth it.

• Pragyan is the international techno management fest.Since its inception in 2005, the completely student run festival has been held in the beginning months of the even semester.
• With a 700 plus student volunteer force, Pragyan is the first student-run organization in the world and the third overall next only to London Olympics and Manchester United to get an ISO 20121:2012 Certification for Sustainable Event Management.
• Mission : The Essence of Pragyan lies in imbibing a Scientific Temper with a Spirit of Innovation among the youth.

• My work was basically to make sure that all the teams in the organization are planning out things on time and in the right direction. To get the required permissions for an event that has been planned out and co-ordinate with the teams that are needed to be put in action. To connect with other colleges and organizations to plan various associated events with them in other cities.

• Our responsibility was to make sure that the event reaches out to nook and corner of the country so that the motto of the organization is served which is "Lets Celebrate Technology". We publicize the event both in social media and mass media and often go to far of colleges were the students have very less opportunity to get exposed to most of the technologies that we are bound to. We organize Outreaches in the premiere institutes of major cities in India so that the event reaches more number of students.
