I graduated with a BA – Foundations of Management and MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore. My academic knowledge includes the diverse pillars of Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, Humanities, and Information Technology, as well as corporate functions like OB, Marketing, and Operations. Now, I focus on behavioral science in the spheres of organizations, society, and governance. Having won international-level case competitions and executed research projects, I look to advance both theoretical understanding and apply my learnings to the real world. I played cricket professionally for 10+ years, having played state level cricket for Tamil Nadu and captained the college undergrad team. Further, I performed well in my student council positions during uncertain periods, leading a social organization in the post-pandemic scenario as well as handling corporate relations in a sharply recessionary economic climate. Professionally, I have gained a unique exposure through internships in varied domains like consulting, social impact, public policy, and employee relations. I have also done research on contemporary topics like pay disclosure and emerging markets at notable international institutions. Therefore, I aim to explore management as a holistic subject integrating multiple stakeholder perspectives and cross-disciplinary aspects.
