• Module owner for an internal customer facing catalog search used by ~ 10K users monthly.
• As a module owner, I was responsible for junior engineers to design and implement new features and gathering insights into user patterns using Azure App Insights service.
• The catalog search is powered by the Azure Cognitive Search service and the front end is built on Angular and Typescript.
• The front end of the catalog search makes use of the Graph QL APIs to communicate with the Azure Cognitive Search service.
• As part of this project, I was able to get hands on experience in technologies, namely Azure Cognitive Search ,Azure App Service, Angular, Graph QL and Azure SQL Database.
• Parallelly contributed to another front-facing service which acts as a data source for the catalog search. This service is built on ‘CQRS’ pattern in the back end and Angular in the front end.

• Increased the Reliability of the system by implementing Custom exponential backoff retry mechanism to handle the cases where the monitoring process gets closed or crashes.

• My Role involves working as a Full Stack Developer, working on C# .NET for the Back End of the Application and using WPF for the Front End of the Application.

• I was also able to gather some knowledge on the BOSCH IOT cloud while working on this project
