• Designed and developed entire suite of front office applications as we migrated from Mainframe to Client/Server architecture. Customer Service Portal, Inventory System, SMTP Mail Transfer Agent using MIME, Inventory Picking System for handheld devices using Telnet, Special Handling and Shipment tracking for Credit Cards integrating with all major carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS), Image editor for photo id credit cards.
• Greatest Accomplishment:
• Generated additional revenue in the millions for the company by providing just in time shipping capabilities. Prior to full automation, the process of locating and manually shipping credit cards was not scalable and volume was a few a day performed by customer service. The automated system was capable of handling thousands of requests per day by the same number of people. This system also allowed the company to win a large contract with a major financial provider whose clientele was mainly military families and our customer took pride in the fact they could serve their customers no matter where they are in the world at moments notice.
