• 7. Collaborate with senior management to gain a clear understanding of talent requirements and address any challenges in achieving recruitment goals.
• 8. Source, screen, and evaluate candidate profiles, and shortlist suitable candidates for specific roles.
• 9. Strengthen the company’s professional network by establishing and nurturing relationships with colleges and universities.
• 10. Ensure smooth coordination with selected candidates from the offer stage through to their joining date, facilitating a seamless onboarding process.
