I have more than 30 years working experience in Information Technology, starting as a developer, then migrating to system administrator, presales and sales, and later senior management. Through the years I have become very experienced in customer engagement and account management. I love technology and have the ability to grasp new technologies and the impact thereof on business. I am in my element when engaging with customers to understand their challenges, and I can't stop myself from getting way too involved when our engineers are at work putting together solutions to address those challenges, and providing the necessary guidance.
