From the 3D to the 5D: My Journey of Growth, Grit & Grace I was born into a world rooted in the 3D dimension, where fear, anger, scarcity, and judgment were dominant. We were taught to survive, compete, and prove ourselves. Like many, I began my journey within this framework. After completing my 12th in 1999, I joined Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce (Delhi University) for a B.Com. Government jobs were considered the ultimate dream then—but deep down, I knew that wasn’t my path. My parents enrolled me in DOEACC ‘O’ and ‘A’ level computer courses, aiming for a school-teacher role. I respected their wishes, completed the course, but my soul was called elsewhere. Driven by a strong desire to succeed, I stepped into the corporate world early. I traveled across Delhi in DTC buses, walked 2 km daily to my workplace, and never let go of the dream burning inside me. I was lucky to meet HR professionals who didn’t just interview me—they guided me. They helped me frame my answers in ways that connected with hiring managers. In them, I found compassion and understanding inside corporate corridors. After a decade of experience across industries, I decided to strengthen my foundation. With no maths background, I still cracked CAT and GMAT. While many chose marriage over career, my family pushed me to pursue my dream. In 2012, I joined LBSIM Dwarka’s Executive MBA in HR & Marketing—even after the session had begun. My admission was a reward for my persistence and credentials, and proof that empathy still exists in academia too. Today, I’m a Certified HR and Marketing Professional with 22+ years of cross-industry experience. I don’t just recruit—I connect people to purpose. I help create win-win outcomes for employers and candidates alike. As Earth shifts from 3D to 5D, fear and scarcity are making way for abundance and love.
