  • differential effort-based rate cards for delivery executives. Segmented serviceable area of
  • each hub into pixels (smaller squares) to reduce compute, identified dense clusters with
  • radius and minimum shipments as input. Remaining pixels were segmented using
  • constrained-k-means to create clusters with required load. [Patent Filed]
  • ▪ Reach expansion of Flipkart logistics: Defined a rule-based framework to select pincodes
  • to claw back from 3PL partners based on demand, location, variability. Also worked on a hierarchical clustering method to
  • club low volume pincodes.
  • ▪ Address Quality Scoring: Created a scoring framework for address quality to quantify
  • problematic addresses which are difficult to deliver
  • ▪ Simulation of No Rush Model: Simulation of a scenario where some customers are ok a
  • degraded speed. Those set of shipments were to be used for lowering peaks in the supply
  • chain which would lead to improvement in capacity utilization.
