• Started with Hotels learning to rank , personalized ranking charter with a small pod of 3 data scientist engineers and managed multiple tracks with a team of 8. Scaled all sorts of ranking, discounting systems for both MakeMyTrip and GoIbibo brands.
• Also steered DS initiatives into Rails charter which is successful even after 3 years, for multiple brands (MMT, GI, RedRails).
