• Led a 6-person team in the successful, ground-up rewrite of the Dailyhunt app, India's #1 news app with 50M+ installs, to architect a modern, scalable, and performant solution.
• Architected a modular system to handle the complexity of a massive user base, enabling parallel development streams and significantly cutting time-to-market for new features.

• Managed cross-platform mobile strategy by overseeing the end-to-end development of the iOS and Android apps with an external partner agency, ensuring alignment with our product vision and technical standards.
• Drove engineering excellence by establishing foundational DevOps practices and implementing a suite of development tools that significantly improved team productivity and code quality.
