Hello, I'm a Research Scientist at ServiceNow working in Document Intelligence, where we develop solutions for document summarization, OCR, question-answering, and data extraction. My work involves optimizing and benchmarking state-of-the-art LLMs and VLMs for enterprise document processing applications. I recently completed my Master's in Computer Science with Machine Learning specialization at MILA - Quebec AI Institute (2025), where I focused on deep learning, NLP, and generative models. During my studies, I worked as a Student Researcher at the Cyberjustice Laboratory of UdeM, implementing LLMs for legal applications. I also gained valuable experience as an Applied Research Scientist Intern at ServiceNow, building multilingual multimodal vector search pipelines. Previously, I worked as a Software Engineer at ServiceNow, where I built an end-to-end Recommended Actions Framework leveraging ML and NLP solutions across the organization. Also my research has been published in venues like IEEE FG 2024 and NeurIPS workshops. I'm passionate about bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI research and real-world applications, with expertise in language models and multimodal systems.
