• What I did? Led a team of engineers in the core engineering team to oversee the functional improvement of flagship APIs and key data platform components by imbibing latest cloud native technologies. Address the real time data ingestion need and expand the ability to ingress a wide variety of data to an unified platform. Worked on various auxiliary services related to business use cases.

• What I did? Worked as a lead engineer to build high performance distributed cloud architecture and approaches (Multi-environments, GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Docker, Helm, GRPC). Built map matching pipeline to provide basemap agnostic services. These components offered a reliable and fast data transmission which reduced the platform downtime by 20% to actively monitor real time events.

• About Amdocs: Valued at ~US$10 billion, the company is a US based provider of big data solutions, business satisfaction analytics, deep network analytics, high definition marketing analytics, and insights through its big data analytics platform and technology. It primarily caters to financial services, communications, and media service providers.
• What I did? As a SME, I guided and designed the data architecture components developments which can improve data pipeline ability to ingest real-time traffic feed. Conceptualised and built PoCs for storage layers and distributed databases that can update at sub-millisecond latencies and high throughput.
