• At Netflix, I was part of a small but mighty team that built netflix.com from the ground up. I built key parts of the website like the initial instant search, homepage, genre pages and the manage and add profiles modal. I was also responsible for unifying the kids and adults UI experience.
• At Netflix, I was also fortunate to be part of 2 critical committees, one that redid our interview process for an org of about 500 and also the representative from UI engineering for building our new grad onboarding program.

• Responsibilities include identification of new research problems , algorithm design and coding and testing with real data along with research paper publication and product integration.
• Published a paper titled : "Remedy: Network-aware Steady State VM Management for Data Centers" at the Networking 2012 conference in Prague.
• Currently working on Application Aware VM Migration.
