• Designed and built platform and webhooks system for integration with Mfine. Any doctor aggregator can be onboarded via SSO.

• Built a platform for on-demand online access to high-quality healthcare beyond physical boundaries.
• Designed and developed the primary feature of the platform like: Chat and Auto Doctor (Mfine chat bot rule based) for doctor consultations, Introduced multiple concepts to capture the structured data to be used later for AI, Quick actions to ease the life of the doctors. Example: Reschedule, Cancel, Refund and many more etc.
• Built a generic rule engine library to be used for any rule based system.
• Worked on a reminder system to make sure the Patient and the Doctor join the chat at the scheduled time.
• Automated the complete information collection conversation via the event based sensor, cognition and reactor layer of the chat bot system. ~75% of consultations don't require intervention today.
