About

I spent most of my early career working in corporations implementing large global programmes and had a lot of fun traveling around the world and seeing different cultures. Then I grew up saved some money and moved back to India to pursue my passion of creating a more equitable world starting with a more equitable talent ecosystem. I run a talent platform-based service called Qrata (curating with data) where we curate trusted talent connections between our talent communities and partners. We focus on new skills hiring and the model includes canvassing untapped talent that we help brand with a talent first model. I am very proud that our team is remote first and composed of more than 90% women. Qrata works with global companies to build teams in India particularly those in new skill areas where talent is niche and untapped. I also invest in and license products from US based startups in the spaces of climate, healthcare, and the world of work with our company Techmatters Ventures. The purpose of this venture is to bring to India the latest technologies that will improve a 100M lives. I am a lifelong meditator and reader, and current interests include self-quantification and consciousness research. I like to write about the world of work and its relationships to spirituality, leadership and social impact.
