• While working with Amazon, India, roles required me to manage a system that provided Amazon vendors the ability to raise disputes on invoices and returns, and allowed vendors to raise disputes.
• During this tenure, I reduced costs by eliminating dependency on third-party software; reduced the effort required for analysts to resolve disputes by providing pre-computed recommendations; and introduced an automated resolution process for quantity variation dispute cases.
• Besides, I introduced segregation of data, with proper authorizations, so that the internal analyst team of Amazon and special merchants can continue using the same system. Implemented robust OCE practice, which reduced the average backlog 30 times.

• In addition, I spearheaded the software for the IOT product line which created revenue for the company.
