I’m currently leading Agentic transformation at Delhivery and would love to connect with others exploring this space. Also If i talk about my 12-year journey at Delhivery, I've taken charge of business critical areas such as Transportation, Warehousing, Consumer Platform (Direct.delhivery.com), and the D2C business (Delhivery One) which together drive 90% of our revenue. Leading these efforts, I've overseen the scaling of our order processing capability from handling thousands to millions orders daily which contributes billions of transactions across 600+ microservices.

After over 7 years of building and scaling systems for the transportation side of logistics, I am now focused on the warehousing side at Delhivery. Combining transportation with warehousing has enabled Delhivery to become India’s largest integrated logistics service provider.
Currently, my key priorities include:
1. Reducing Client Onboarding Time: Streamlining processes to cut onboarding timelines from months to weeks.
2. Optimizing Large Warehouse Operations: Enhancing workflows in facilities as large as 70,000 sq. ft. to deliver superior SLAs to our clients.
3. Ensuring Inventory Accuracy at Scale: Managing millions of items with precision and ensuring seamless tracking for every unit.
In addition to warehousing technology, I am also driving initiatives in Generative AI to elevate customer experience. Key focus areas include:
Enabling customers to access precise information with minimal support involvement.
Structuring knowledge effectively so the support team can deliver accurate and efficient responses.
