• Responsible for the class experience for the overall WhitehatJr classroom platform, that conducts 25,000 hour long live classes per day.

• Designed and led the implementation of the space program courses which involves having a sandboxed code execution platform on a Low Earth Orbit satellite that will allow kids to send their code to a real satellite to be executed. Designed the hardware interfaces, OS customization, device drivers and a virtualized containers on an ARM board.

The solution leverages containerization (Kubernetes ), orchestration (Celery), a home grown graph database and a multi-pipeline AI technology(Tensorflow).

• I created the technology roadmap for the company and built a team of 70 people, across all functions of the SDLC including implementation, delivery and administration. I led the technology strategy for the company in design, development and implementation of 5 enterprise software solutions which was marketed and sold in 5 countries including India and Kenya.

• Our primary products included:
• ► Loan Origination System: Primary feature was a user configurable workflow management built on Windows Workflow Foundation Framework.
• ► Anti Money Laundering Solution (AML): A fully featured multi country AML compliance solution built onna proprietary Rule Engines that translate an internally designed Domain Specific Language(DSL) to generate OLAP (MDX) queries. Our rule engines demonstrated processing complex business rules in seconds where competitor systems took at least an hour.
• ► Loan Collection System: Enterprise solution that is a part of a loan management system used for managing and reporting NPA, loan defaults, probability of default, value at risk etc.
• ► Audit Compliance Management System: A tool for internal and external audits, discovering gaps and non compliances and tracking history and actions on them.
• ► Document Management Solution: A solution for secure storage and maintenance of all processes and procedures related documents with access control and workflows.
• ► Mercury Application Development Framework: This was a homegrown RAD framework for quick product development with limited experience. The framework played a key role in allowing our development team build and operate our software products.

• In this role, I headed the Technology Competence Center (TCC), i.e., the R&D department. I managed a team of 4 Engineers and was responsible for delivering the core technology for next generation products. I reported directly to the Director of Technology.
• One of the core achievements was developing an end-to-end solution for integrating with an EMX hub for high value trade messaging. Technologies: Microsoft .NET and MSMQ.
• ☞ Primary responsibilities included but were not restricted to:
• ► Implementing an end to solution on a specialized specialised financial information protocol (EMX)
• ► Porting/Migrating a Core Banking Solution to Microsoft .NET using Delphi.net
• ► Overseeing Architecture and Design of Omni 3.0, a complete browser based core banking solution.
• ► Designing and developing next generation Internet Banking.
• ► Designing a multi currency trading platform.
• ► Other responsibilities included hardware sizing, RFP responses/pre-sales, technical interviews, internal training, network architecture, security and compliance respectively.
