• Pre – Merger casino integration- before bwin platform could move to common party platform, it was a tactical integration to replace bwin casino suppliers with PartyCasino games to save on royalties. This required huge integration supporting casino games with bwin wallet and decoupling gaming functionality with party CRM features.
• Envisioned 3rd Party Game Development Kit (GDK) for external developers to seamlessly develop server and client code for casino platform. It helped us ramp up slot portfolio from 20 to 100 with NextGen (Australia ) and WMS being the primary developers along with few individual developers
• Established Gaming Studio team with designers and mathematicians in India and worked seamlessly with London Studio team to produce one of the best slot portfolio in gaming industry
