Our team spearheaded some of the most impactful initiatives in Twitter’s revenue organization, including impression-based billing, site visit optimization, and ads prediction models on GCP. Our team was directly responsible for an almost 10% improvement in overall Twitter revenue during the 1.5 years I led the organization.
• Sourced, interviewed, and hired top talent from around the world into the organization. Developed a highly efficient recruiting and onboarding process that enabled us to bring 12 engineers from “potential candidate” to “highly effective team member”. Grew the organization to three teams distributed across the US and India.
