• Architected and built a B2B Multi-tenant SaaS Product, a single-stop solution for all recruiter needs, starting from sourcing, assessment, interviews to managing candidates' applications. Our product aims to connect Job Seekers, Interviewers, and Employers, automating recruiting with minimal manual intervention and compliance. We rely on AWS for scalability, security, and compliance, using DynamoDB for data storage, AWS Lambda for compute, Opensearch for search, API Gateway for secure APIs, and Cognito for user identity. Our layered and decoupled architecture provides flexibility and independent development.

• User Identity System:
• Designed the comprehensive Identity Services for all Blink Products tailored to serve a diverse user base, spanning B2C customers, contractors, employees, and B2B customers. To make an informed choice, I meticulously assessed various identity providers, including Okta, AWS Cognito, and Auth0, ultimately selecting Okta due to its extensive features supporting both B2B and B2C customers and facilitating partner onboarding via Active Directory. Ensuring the feasibility of our solution, I rapidly prototyped key use cases using an Okta developer account, guaranteeing a smooth implementation. We also conducted a thorough analysis of different scenarios, such as one account per person and shared accounts for multiple family members. This system eliminates the legacy monolithic identity setup and paves the way for a decoupled architecture, facilitating scalability and rapid development.
• ERx Ingestion System:
• Designed and implemented a secure, serverless electronic prescription ingestion system, to scale the eRx processing by including robust security and encryption and authentication mechanisms to safeguard eRxs (Static IP whitelisting, Certificates, Lambda within a VPC). Following a micro function architecture, we carefully decoupled workloads into few synchronous and asynchronous Lambda components, such as synchronous receivers, asynchronous processors, and senders, as well as synchronous accessors. Low-level components are extensible to accommodate future eRx providers.'
• Championed the adoption of a serverless solution utilizing AWS Lambda, offering guidance and establishing best practices, resulting in the creation of a comprehensive Lambda development guide document for adoption by all teams.

• Designed and developed a multiple components in B2C Edtech product tailored for the test preparation market, with a particular focus on IIT-JEE and NEET students in India. We leverage key Amazon services, such as DynamoDB for data storage, Microservices for computation, Opensearch for search functionality, S3 for content storage, and KMS for content encryption. Additionally, we use SQS & AWS Lambda for managing asynchronous tasks.
• 1. Content Catalog: Led the development of a versatile content catalog system for Amazon Academy, organizing diverse educational resources and accommodating various exam types and grade levels.
• 2. Content Delivery: Designed a secure content delivery system, minimizing load times and enhancing test-taking experiences by pre-bundling questions and employing dual encryption for content protection.
• 3. Unified Notification Service: Developed a centralized notification system that efficiently manages content templates, reduces development time, and has the potential for expansion into various messaging channels.
• 4. Front End Architecture: Spearheaded a front-end architecture overhaul, optimizing UI development processes, enhancing code quality, and scaling the development team by onboarding contract engineers for accelerated front-end development.

I conceptualized and constructed this service from the ground up, and furthermore, meticulously scaled it to meet the demands of Amazon Prime Day, an event characterized by immense traffic and high expectations. The service performed flawlessly, ensuring uninterrupted operations and delivering exceptional results.
• Additionally, I single-handedly extended the existing technology stack to launch the Prime Now (2-hour delivery) service in France (FR) and Spain (ES). I took the lead in designing and building this app entirely from scratch, tackling the unique challenges posed by the device's stringent specifications, which included low memory (256 MB RAM) and limited processing power. Notably, I prioritized performance optimization as a critical component of this project, ensuring smooth and responsive user experiences. My responsibilities extended to building UX screens, implementing seamless navigation, and orchestrating efficient caching of backend API responses. This multifaceted effort resulted in a well-rounded and high-performing eInk app, showcasing my ability to deliver robust solutions in demanding environments.
• Developed several critical enhancements for an E-Ink device's reader software, contributing to an overall improved user experience.
• One key accomplishment was the creation of an Accessibility Screen Reader, a feature designed to make the content accessible to all users.
• I integrated a Just In Time tutorial, offering users on-the-spot guidance to maximize their interaction with the device and software. It enhances the user engagement and ease of use within the reading application in eInk device.
• I optimized the Book Search Index, reducing the response time of search functionality within the reader software.
• Lastly, I conducted performance improvements across the reader software, addressing the challenges posed by the E-Ink device's hardware limitations.
