• Worked extensively on and contributed to the Warehouse Management System (WMS) software called SCOPE. Developed software modules with customer-specific features, assessed software problems, and utilized troubleshooting tools to swiftly resolve issues. Some of the projects I worked on include -
• MHE 7010 Wave Message
• Client: Boston Scientific
• Developed a new MHE message format for wave messages to include new parameters as desired by the client. This information helped to capture the first item to be picked for an LPN, the aisle field of the first pick location, update the item name on the 1st misc instr code for the LPN and check if the LPN has VAS or not.
• Worked on the Material Handling Equipment (MHE), an automated interface that is used to perform warehouse operations. MHE functionality is governed by two different servers – MHE Inbound Server and MHE Outbound Server with the help of an external interface such as Device Integration Framework (DIF).
• Configured the Device Integration Framework that provides seamless integration between Manhattan's Warehouse Management System and third-party products or solutions such as Dematic MHE or VoCollect with the use of protocols such as TCP and FILE.
• Packing Slip and Printing Enhancements

• Worked on the Manhattan Reporting Framework (MRF) to develop packing slips and enable their smooth printing for EPI shipments in the warehouse.
• Packing Slip Types and their respective reports are defined in system codes and orders are interfaced with the specific packing slip type to be used. The name to print on the Packing Slip was customized to print based on the Business Unit of the order / oLPN.
• Tackled several complexities due to request handling errors from various user interfaces.

• Explored the functional depths of Supply Chain and E-Commerce solutions. Learned new industry-oriented principles. Provided peak support to the Distribution centers for our client base. Handled over 20+ customer calls during the Christmas and Thanksgiving sales (black Friday, cyber Monday, etc)
• My role involved developing and designing customer-specific features, implementing creative techniques to achieve these modifications, troubleshoot issues that arise and handle production calls to provide quick workarounds to enable smooth warehouse operations while adhering to Manhattan's 'Push Quality' campaign.
• Part of the 'Power Sirge' initiative during the peak season of November 2017, which required all critical cases for USA, EMEA and APAC customers be actioned immediately. Dedicated resource for our client GAP Inc. for two consecutive years.
• My role regularly required me to interact with Manhattan’s broad client base which strengthened my soft-skills and helped me gain a broader perspective of the industry.
