• As the Director of Product Management in Visa's Global Data Office, I am at the forefront of managing Products and Platform Services. My primary responsibility lies in overseeing analytical products for Visa's diverse client base, which includes Issuers, Acquirers, and potential future clients. A significant part of my role involves leading the overall platform vision, where I am tasked with building an ecosystem that hosts a variety of analytical products and solutions. This dynamic role allows me to leverage my skills and expertise to shape the future of Visa's data-driven solutions.
• In addition to these responsibilities, I have also been successful in competitive arenas, winning two hackathons: vHack and GenAI hackathon. These victories demonstrate my innovative approach and ability to deliver under pressure.
• Within this role I also managed the Admin and Security pieces of the Visa Analytics Platform. I collaborate with other product leaders within Analytics and associated Data Platform, further enriching my role and contribution to the organization.

• Led the Data Platform as a Service (DPaaS) products. My tasks involved shaping and carrying out the vision and roadmap for our data platform services. I managed the open-source Bigdata stack, which included tools like Hadoop, Hive, and Kafka, at the company level and guided the switch from a vendor-licensed Bigdata system to an open-source one. In addition, I led the Kafka as a Service product, which assisted business units in creating, managing, and maintaining their Kafka clusters effectively. I was also a winner at the DAP Hackathon 2022, a global event. On top of that, I was part of the hiring and mentoring process, helping to build a stronger team.

• Managed The American Express Enterprise Communication platform, overseeing business delivery, core platform development, and platform excellence. This platform served as the central hub for all outgoing communications, spanning various channels such as Email, Push, SMS, and physical letters.
• My key responsibilities included collaborating with product managers to execute product and platform capabilities and ensuring the platform's health, resiliency, scalability, and adherence to best practices through a platform excellence stream.
• The platform handled up to 2 billion communications per month, including critical compliance and transaction journey communications like OTPs and Push notifications.

• Collaborated with product partners to define the product roadmap and execute related deliveries. As the Lead Automation Engineer, I drove both conventional and intelligent automation solutions from delivery and system design perspectives.
• I was an enterprise advocate for best coding practices and end-to-end development lifecycle aspects such as testing, code review, DevOps, and CI-CD.
• Notably, I delivered Digital Auditor, an ML-based capability to identify potential duplicates in vendor invoices, projected to save around $10m for the US market. I also developed an intelligent search (patent in progress) using ElasticSearch and ML, reducing the CCP call time by 40%.
• For my outstanding work contributions, I received the Chairman Award, a prestigious recognition given to only 10% of the entire colleagues' population.
• In addition, I built and led the Blockchain Labs from scratch, driving research and related use cases. I have made open-source contributions in Hyperledger and Amex public repositories.
• Lastly, I won the Amex Hackathon 5 times and represented Amex India twice in the global finale, demonstrating my innovative problem-solving skills.

• I designed and developed the Fast Data Platform, a system capable of real-time data ingestion and computation. This was done using Java, Apache Storm, Spark Streaming, Kafka, and more, handling over 5000 TPS transactions.
• I also developed PayWithPoint, a patented solution that allows real-time payments with MR points. This system currently processes 30 million card transactions daily, converting approximately 10% into point transactions. This solution helped burn around 2 million MR points in its first week.
• Additionally, I was part of the Developer Steering Committee, working directly with the CTO office to strategize improvements for the developer experience.
• I also designed and developed a prototype called 2PI, which was demonstrated to the CEO. This tool captures and plots Amex transactions on a world map, handles transactions at a rate of 5000 TPS, and uses ML-based prediction to determine the next transaction category.
