• 1. Owned the design and development of MyCoupons on Myntra, which is a dedicated section in a user's profile for all the coupons applicable for him/her. Ballpark annual revenue uptick ~100 CR.
• 2. Led the design and dev for region and occasion based coupons and platform funded coupons. Impact of ~35 CR annually.
• 3. Worked on the auto approval of coupons via rule engine, which reduced the seller action man hours by 25% and increased the adoption rate of coupons by 15-20%
• 4. Worked on multiple scaleup optimisations and enhancements in the Myntra coupons creation pipeline, thereby bringing down the SLA to 30-35 minutes for the entire pipeline to execute.
• 4. Led the revamp of early bird discounts, which ensured smooth Rs. 1 sales across multiple sales (BFF, MBB, EORS)
• 5. Worked on the return fee construct, which contributed to reducing the average returns on Myntra by 30%.
• 6. Contributed to the Myntra FWD charter via FWD pass phase 2 changes in the coupons and charges domain
• 7. Did the migration of 5-6 microservices from VMs to K8, open source Kafka to confluent, authNZ and wixdbk adoption
• 8. Ran multiple VLTs and HLTs pre sales, performed certifications for peak HRD loads, machines scaleup, CPU burst enablement, HPA trigger, rate limits and circuit breakers configuration etc. This ensured that coupons, pricing and charges platforms were able to serve traffics close to 1M RPM without issues.
