• I'm leading initiatives to simplify customer onboarding by developing frameworks that ensure consistency across our products. This allows various Razorpay businesses to easily integrate their use cases through simple configuration. We're also streamlining the integration experience for developers incorporating our payment gateway into their applications or websites. This includes building tools like API Playground and Checkout Playground, which guide users through each step of the integration process.
• Additionally, I'm spearheading the migration of our landing pages to Framer, a website builder product. We've successfully integrated our in-house A/B testing and analytics framework into Framer, enhancing our ability to create optimized user experiences across our digital touchpoints.

• I led an initiative to simplify our landing page infrastructure, reducing go-live time from 3 days to 9 minutes. This addressed technical debt and improved our responsiveness to market needs. We then extended our A/B testing system to AWS CDN's Lambda, enabling testing on server-side rendered pages without impacting performance or SEO.
• To enhance developer experience, we revamped 1,500 pages of Razorpay documentation, making them interactive by upgrading from static HTML to React. We also improved search functionality by replacing Lunr.js with Algolia Search. These efforts streamlined our processes and significantly improved the experience for developers integrating Razorpay.
• Building on this success, my work on documentation was later extended to handle use cases for different geographies when Razorpay expanded into Singapore and Malaysia.

• Revamped the interface of Razorpay reports, a crucial feature for customers managing their reconciliation process. The UI improvements focused on two areas:
• 1. Simplifying the interface for Razorpay customers to generate and download reports
• 2. Streamlining the interface for the Razorpay customer support team to create configurations
• Implemented second-factor authentication and its setup process in Razorpay's authentication system, enhancing security for Razorpay customers
• Developed the user interface for Razorpay partners, facilitating improved collaboration and management
