• Rating System - Rearchitected the existing rating system with a one-day lag to make it real-time and created a single view for partners to see their metrics driven from ES, MongoDB and Redis.

• Partner UC Plus - Developed integrations with several systems to assign extra benefits like medical insurance, cancellation, etc., in an async fashion using Kafka, and Elastic Search to the top X% partners
• Worked with 3rd Party (ACKO) and drove the product end to end. Raised partner NPS from 14% to 48%
• Partner Subscription - Led effort to launch multiple features pan India in beauty categories which involved multiple teams and tight deadlines. Decreased Request Loss from 20% to 7% and improved input metrics like calendar marking
• Vaccination - Automated end-to-end flow for upload of vaccination certificate directly using the app using COWIN APIs. Required complex code flows to circumvent geo-blocks and upload to UC servers along with PII masking. Reduced customer cancellations from 31% to 17% because of vaccination

• RETRIEVER - A platform to retain various communication services such as Teams, yammer, outlook etc. Refactored micro-services to make data storage cloud-native using GoCloud(MongoDB/cosmos DB) instead of on-prem storage API. This allowed for decommissioning of the on-prem API. Containerized and migrated micro-services from on-premise to Azure AKS. This improved performance when using Microsoft’s Graph API, reducing network overhead due to inter-region traffic now becoming intra-region.
• ARNA - developed application for Incident and Service request resolution recommendation system using historical solutions data and ServiceNow API. ARNA helped achieve a 56% reduction in ticket MTTR.
• Refactored incident and service request systems, reduced maintenance overhead by 40% and improved performance by 5X. Created automated deployment pipelines for ARNA and reduced deployment time by 90%, thereby reducing deployment failures and increasing developer productivity
• Reduced the number of servers with low resource utilization and deployed multiple applications using the same server. This resulted in a cost savings of around 6K$ monthly
• THRIVE -Developed an internal cloud-native platform for the gig economy, providing learning opportunities and exposure to new projects and managers. Used by over 10K associates internally. It hosts 500+ projects.
