Arya Roychowdhury — HR Manager

Currently working as Senior Manager - HRBP with Razorpay. I completed my Post Graduation in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. At Razorpay, I am leading the HR function for RazorpayX Organisation, various Engineering functions and the Design team. In my previous stint with Flipkart, I had worked with various teams such HR Compliance, Campus and L&D. In my role as Senior Manager - HRBP, I worked very closely with business teams on various projects and initiatives such as Org Design, Career Development, Employee Engagement and Talent Management. I played an active role in hiring as well. During my summer internship with Flipkart, I was responsible for designing and rolling out framework to enhance Employee Experience. I was also responsible for analyzing and optimizing Human Resource Shared Service (HRSS) processes. I was awarded a pre placement interview for his work. At XLRI, I was a member of various committees. I have a passion for dramatics and sports. Prior to joining Flipkart, I worked as a software developer for 3 years with ITC Infotech where I was responsible for designing, developing and implementing software solutions customized to client specific needs. I am also interested structured thinking and analysis.
