• Worked in the platform team called "Core" which builds the next generation experience for our customers. Its a one stop shop of all our client facing APIs, hence it highly scalable, reliable and fault tolerant. It has been designed ground up for multi tenancy. Team size is around 8-10 engineers.
• Earlier lead the gaming team in Hotstar. We built the "social" experience for our users which drove engagement at 25M scale.
• Spent time mentoring engineers. Spent time with cross teams to solve their scaling issues and other architecture/design problems. Help to hire the best for our company.
• Built a organisation level rate limit system which prevents content theft and save us millions in infrastructure costs.

• Building Social and Gaming features for LIVE content (extended to recorded shows as well).
• These services scaled to 25 million concurrent users using IPL and Cricket World Cups.
• We built Watch n Play, Social Signals, Social Graph for a 300 million user base. We took a remote mobile experience and transformed it into a "social" experience where people are watching while interacting with their friends.

• As the only Go dev (in India team), I mentored other team members to quickly grasp it. Did reviews and discussions for the same.
• Travelled to our onsite team in America, to establish best practices, standards and libraries for our 100+ micro-services which we were writing in Go for our website (Victoria's Secret)
