• Built the entirety of the mobile product from ground up. Was involved in setting up the backend services in the initial stages as well. Helped scrape an outsourced, outdated product for a more maintainable and robust application that the users loved and that helped the company close the first round of funding.
• The application was built on a maintainable MVP (model-view-presenter) architecture, with unit tests to test out most of the business and view logic.

• Setup an Agile based project management process, with regular release cycles to displace the more ad-hoc approach that was being followed previously.
• Lead a team of young engineers, and as the very first full time tech member, was a major part of hiring and forming a cohesive team.
• Was also a significant part of the requirement gathering process for the entirely new version of the app.
