  • 2. Overseeing Warehouse Operations and Last Mile Logistics across 8 cities to provide the best possible customer experience. The Pharma category achieved outstanding performance, with less than 0.5% in Returns to Origin (RTOs) and a 99%+ on-time delivery rate. I introduced initiatives like the Golden Quadrilateral and multi-order picking to reduce picking time from 5 minutes to under 2 minutes.
  • 3. I established a monthly process for the liquidation of non-moving, damaged, and expired inventory through methods such as Return to Vendor, inter-warehouse transfers, and merchandising. These initiatives resulted in the successful liquidation of inventory worth INR 7 crores, earning me recognition from the Co-Founders.
  • 4. Successfully launched and expanded Cash on Delivery (COD) and Credit Running Account programs, contributing a monthly revenue of 40-45 crores. I also set up the capability for daily cash collections at the retailer level, streamlining the deposit process into our accounts.
  • 5. Automated the returns process, leading to annual cost savings of 80 lakhs. This automation significantly improved customer satisfaction, with our approval rates increasing from 90% to 99%+.
