• Served as Frontend developer in Uber's ‘Mobility Growth’ team, overseeing new rider acquisition, rider engagement, and other growth initiatives. • Proposed, designed, and launched innovative features, including 'Tipping on Tablet' (7.5% tips increase) and 'Ads with CTA' ($400K annual revenue with 3% CTR). Recognised with a Team Award for the earner's tipping feature.
• Scaled the tablet deployment to over 4,000 devices across the US.
• ✪ Call2Ride ✪ (Agent-assisted ride booking - US senior citizens)
• Developed a rider-facing product allowing app-phobic individuals to book Uber rides via phone calls with agent assistance. Built the agent web portal, designed the Genesys architect flow for IVR and
• created Genesys agent console for managing rider calls. Oversaw PCI compliance audit and unblocked launch by procuring certification, achieved an Impact award. Currently live in 20+ US cities with a $4M annual revenue.

• Developed the design proposal, presented to all the stakeholders and built the entire web experience for the airport support agents. Operational in Mumbai and Delhi, it has facilitated 50K+ annual rides with a $300K revenue.

• Facilitated the onboarding and mentorship of 3 engineering team members, managed sprint planning, task prioritisation and backlog grooming.

• I collaborated with the central UI team of Flipkart's FSG department, responsible for managing all Web and Mobile applications within a monorepo architecture. Our team oversees UX, build, deployment, and testing, and has successfully redesigned multiple applications, formerly owned by backend teams, significantly improving user experience and overall business performance.

• ✪ Flolite ✪ (mSite - Flipkart’s warehouse operations)
• Description: Flolite is utilized by Warehouse operations teams for customer order preparation through Android handheld devices. I played a major role in the Outbound (Picking) flow, serving all three supply-chains - Large, non-large, and Grocery. Implemented a task engine to abstract business logic and streamline screen navigation.
• Impact: Successfully deployed the app on 5000+ handheld devices across over 60 warehouses.
• ✪ Strider ✪ (Native app - Jeeves’ Field executives)
• Description: Strider, designed for Jeeves field executives, manages installation, uninstallation, tech-visits, and repairs of Large products. Built on an Android task graph, the app supports offline capabilities.
• Impact: Swiftly rolled out to all field executives (4500+) in India.
• ✪ Hub-ops ✪ (Web app - Flipkart’s Hub operations)
• Description: Hub-ops is used by the Hub operations team, focusing on jobsheet creation, assignment, closure, and cash collection. Significantly faster and more efficient than the previous platform (ERP), the application greatly benefited hub operations.
• Impact: Scaled across all hubs (2200+) in India, proving instrumental during our 2020 Big Billion Days (BBD) sale, with many hubs setting records for processing the highest number of jobsheets in a single day.

• ✪ HireBuddy ✪
• During my journey as an Associate developer, I got exposure to ReactJS library. Thereafter I worked on Sapient's internal project HireBuddy, which is a digital platform used for the hiring process of new candidates. HireBuddy’s architecture was shifted from native JavaScript to ReactJS for faster rendering. I got exposure of creating various Container and Presentational Components, using JSX, states, actions, store, reducers, etc.
• ✪ RAM - Reimagined architecture of Marriott.com ✪
• Description: As my first delivery project at Sapient, I joined the Marriott RAM project, whose prime objective was re-platforming of current Marriott.com to the new technology platform. It also involve refactoring of front end, to ensure fast rendering of website and better incorporation of newer plugin technologies on the resulting modular architecture.
• Contribution: The Marriott website was supposed to be fully Responsive and Adaptive. For Adaptive behavior, we were given wireframes for 4 viewports: Mobile, Tablet, Desktop and larger Desktop. For Responsive behavior, layout dimensions were given in percentages instead of pixels, so that it shrinks/grows with the window size. I worked on complex stories like Image Carousel and Photo Gallery, where I extensively used JQuery library.
• Impact: With this new architecture, Marriott saw tremendous growth in their user experience, and eventual growth in their business. They continue to invest in Sapient till date (8+ years)

• As a junior developer, I joined Marriott RAM project at Sapient, where I mainly worked with the technologies like HandelbarJS, SASS and J-unit testing. Since it was my first delivery project, I also learned version control software like GIT and SVN, and issue tracking software like JIRA.
