• Tusker Data Lab was a Big Data analytics company providing modern analytics solutions predominantly in Healthcare, BFSI, and IT Infra domains. I played various roles here, built a global team, overlooking deliveries and building processes for the inside sales. We had also built a prototype product Perfdata.io to analyze the SAN/NAS system issues faster and cheaper.

• HCM was an online doctor platform to avail the doctor consultation in real time. I built this product from scratch, built a high performance team, transformed the entire tech system. We could scale the traffic from 0 to 6M per month mostly using SEO, it was acquired by Ebix for $18.5M.
• 1. Built traffic via Content marketing/SEO using NLP, Classification, Clustering, Tagging. Gone through many Google search updates like Caffeine, Panda, and Penguin etc., and optimized for that to sustain and grow the traffic.
• 2. Built the entire product Ask a Doctor online, Free community platform and entire funnel of the product, including payment gateway integration, subscription model.
• 3. Built the B2B offering as Health portal, including Health Risk assessment, Ask a doctor online, Dietitian and Psychological counseling services.
• 4. Created a FB and Twitter Handle DailyHealthTips having followers more than 4 M
