1) Appointment System for Ellie(Virtual Assitant) :
Worked on an intelligent Virtual Assistant,"ELLIE", that uses deep learning for customer engagement,lead generation and cost reduction through automating mundane tasks.
Developed appointment system which synced/managed appointments on the Tenant database and google calendar and outlook calendar.OAuth2 and Simple OAuth2 protocols were used respectively
Microsoft LUIS was used for intelligent user interaction using intents and entities.
Bot was built on Node.js using Microsoft Bot Framework and used MongoDB as database.
2) Question /Answering System in Ellie(Virtual Assistant):
Built a Neural Network Model that matches the user query with the set of pre-provided FAQ list by the tenant and answers the question which has the maximum similarity.
3)Customizable Selling System for multiple tenants: Built a conversation driven appointment system which found a free slot for appointment among working/service days of the tenant and displayed the available slots to the user.It also collected booking/appointment details,synced the appointments to the google/outlook calendar of the tenant and sent invite to user. Advance payment option was also included.

It is probably biggest band battle event in Eastern India.There were prelims round in Kolkata, Ranchi, Nepal and Dhanbad. Prelims were judged by Shraap band from Noise Factory,and Finals were judged by "DimLight",Symphonic Death Metal band from Italy which was also the Headlining band.A contestant from Nepal was the winner.
