Built the in-app Resume Builder improving resume adoption (+6.3pp) and driving higher profile updates (+4.5pp), enabling faster employer decisions and more candidate unlocks.
Implemented Voice Search to reduce typing friction for low-literacy users, improving job discovery and eliminating 17K weekly zero-result searches.
