As a Founding Team Member & Product Engineer at VenEx, I maintain and improve the full stack of the VenEx application, a B2B SaaS model that structures, automates employee compensation. I also give product, design, and UX inputs from the customers’ and users’ perspectives, and assist in other aspects of the business, such as operations, strategy, marketing, and sales. I have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Lovely Professional University, where I gained skills in Arduino, Power Electronics, MongoDB, Python, and Public Speaking. I have also completed multiple online courses and certifications in topics such as Computer Vision, Neural Networks, and Business Lessons from a CEO. I have published two papers in international journals and conferences, one on traffic control methods and the other on power system design for CubeSats.
