My work spans end-to-end product strategy, system and platform design, data-driven decision-making, bringing customer delight through reliability, and cross-functional leadership. Previously, I built several of Razorpay’s core card-payment innovations—biometric authentication, CVV-less flows, tokenization frameworks, and high-throughput routing systems powering India’s largest commerce events. These experiences strengthened my ability to influence cross-functional teams, deliver under pressure, and create solutions that scale across thousands of customers. I’m passionate about solving problems that require both systems thinking and deep customer empathy, and I thrive in environments that demand clarity, reliability, and thoughtful scaling.
