All this data starting from clinicians’ request, sample arrival at the lab, analysis, and interpretation, till the final delivery of the clinical report is captured in StrandOMS.
StrandOmics is a clinical interpretation and reporting platform that combines knowledge from internally curated literature content with various publically available data sources and bioinformatics prediction tools. This knowledge is used to automatically prioritize a list of variants for patient’s sample and display to interpreters in order to generate the clinical report, thereby reducing the time to deliver the Clinical Report.
