• Led a team of four to design and implement an in-house Card Management System aimed at supporting Rupay and VISA transactions. Conducted extensive research to understand CMS functionalities and developed a high-level architecture followed by detailed low-level designs. Managed the project lifecycle from sprint planning to technical solutioning, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Successfully completed the CMS by June 2023, implementing features for card creation, user onboarding, card booking, physical card printing, and transaction processing (ECOM, POS, TAP & PAY). The system passed audit checks and significantly improved operational efficiency.
• 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐬
• Developed a robust offer service for card transactions, applying microservices architecture principles. Authored the code from scratch and designed two types of offers: Top Offers for visibility on merchant platforms and Apply Offers that required user activation before transactions. Utilized a backend-for-frontend (BFF) model to enhance user engagement. Implemented a publish-subscribe model for event-driven processing, where transaction events from the card system were consumed by the offer service to dynamically apply relevant offers. The project was completed in two months, followed by one month of stabilization, adding multiple business offers to enhance customer experience.

• Developed a comprehensive credit card system, and implementing a billing system for settled transactions. Enhanced stability by addressing bugs and adding refund functionalities, achieving robust operations and scaling the user base from 45,000 to 3 million active card users.
• 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑫𝒂𝒔𝒉𝒃𝒐𝒂𝒓𝒅 (𝑶𝒓𝒃𝒊𝒕)
• Led the transition of the internal dashboard from AngularJS to ReactJS, enhancing the user interface and improving the overall development process. Established coding standards and best practices for frontend development, onboarding two new developers and mentoring them throughout the transition. Improved feature development speed from three months to two weeks by optimizing the codebase and implementing a systematic approach to feature releases. This stabilization project significantly enhanced team productivity and resulted in the timely shipping of new features.
