Good programmers write code that humans can understand.” – Martin Fowler This quote sums up the significant pivot I have made in my professional life from the safety and comfort of being a successful corporate professional having an experience of about 3 years. It has been a thrilling, satisfying, and hair-raising journey! As a Front-end Developer, I work closely with clients and my teammates to develop an optimized project to have the best user experience. I have also increased project performance by 45% and have reduced the rework time by about 30% - 35%. I can achieve this by following the best practices of ReactJS by making most of the components re-usable. I have worked on team projects and got appreciated by my seniors and my leads for a positive team environment. Apart from my projects, I have also trained many freshers who have then been able to get positive feedback from the clients they were working along. Before joining my first company, I also did a three-month internship at OYO Rooms in college duration, where I learned a lot about how business work and how to understand the requirements of clients/customers.
