Lead a 180+ member technology organization delivering end to end business solutions for Amazon’s Selling Partner Experience group. My organization spanned across multiple cities within USA and Canada and comprised of Managers, Software Engineers, Scientists, Technical Product Managers and Program Managers. We built and owned systems and tools to make Amazon the best place for Selling Partners (SPs) to do business. This was done by investing in systems that identify and eliminate defective SP experiences, provide self-service solutions for SPs to resolve issues and when needed offer exceptional, Associate-driven support that is quick, accurate and efficient. My org was also responsible for building and owning software solutions to detect, investigate and prevent Bad Actors on Amazon Platforms, an important aspect of maintaining customer trust in the company.
