• Redesigned architecture for Model Data Collection and implemented Model Serving Dataset by working with Liverpool and Chevron customers to improve logging functionality in AML to implement scenarios like model monitoring, A/B testing etc. New architecture was taking 70% less time and can scale to support peta bytes worth of logging and collecting machine learning payloads on AKS/ACI Clusters.
• As a tech lead for Data to AI team, designed architecture and implemented Data-Drift feature for AML deployed models. Data-Drift gives an edge to AML over competing products in Cloud Machine Learning space.
• Implemented engineering fundamentals which helps support external customers and resolves issues in production. Various dashboards created using these fundamentals help give in-detail picture of feature adoption and its performance in production.

• As part of Geneva analytics team, discovered scope of improvement throughout Azure for its overall growth. Created application (Product 360) which helps Azure PMs and the Leadership to have a better understanding of the business, which eventually proved to be an essential application for running various Business Review meetings in Azure.
• As a tech lead, I was mentoring the application team of Product 360, to drive features using Revenue, Usage, Support, Customer etc. datasets for creating actionable insights which connects Azure customers to the PMs, field and support engineers.
• Designed and implemented complex architectures which facilitate greater impact on growth of the product. Implemented Service Oriented Architecture with Micro-Services to process terabyte scale data on every hour.
• Created Azure customer model by correlating it with financial data which resulted in reliably (>99.9%) mapping customer’s revenue with usage and support. This dataset is used throughout Azure, as a master list of Customers and its Subscriptions, in 200+ external and internal applications within Microsoft.
